Separately, Bradley has led efforts by Japanese companies to establish a market position for leading specialist gas businesses in Myanmar.
Importantly for Capricorn Bradley has extensive experience in high-level marketing and international trade throughout Japan and through Asia in particular with the Japanese trading houses and Japanese Steel sector. He is fluent in Japanese and is an expert in Japanese business culture.

He has masters degrees in chemical engineering (University of Melbourne) and business (London Business School). Richard is a proven innovative thinker, with various global patents and awards. He ‘joins the dots’ to capture value and ensures technology is ‘business realistic’. A key attribute is his experience in early stage feasibility studies for major projects, ‘toll-gates’, and knowledge of where projects ‘go wrong’.
